Stephen came to Recovery Resources in 2003 as Clinical Director and has
been our Program Director since 2005. He received his Master of Science
degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in
2002 and is certified by the Florida Certification Board as a Certified
Addictions Professional. He has been active in the field of mental
health and addictions since 1994. His specialties are dual diagnosis,
psychopharmacology, utilization review and legal issues.

Michelle Schrader, Administrator

The daughter of Bill Schrader, Michelle Schrader joined the business to
utilize her expertise in business to focus on the operations of
Recovery Resources, Inc. Michelle brings with her expertise in
management of large operational endeavors for a local contractor for
over 17 years. Her business acumen is an asset to the company and she
works tirelessly to coordinate insurance and funding issues for all of
our clients.

Douglas Higgins, B.B.A., Admissions Director

Doug Higgins is a graduate of the Stetson
University School of Business. One of Recovery
Resources, Inc. graduates, Doug represents a
cross-trained professional with a true blend of knowledge of recovery
as well as business practices. He is uniquely able to successfully
guide individuals as they seek detailed information on
treatment. Doug has been focused on admissions here for the
past 5 years. His unique understanding of the needs of
perspective patients, coupled with the understanding of how to utilize
their benefits makes him an asset to both the client and our recovery
program.

Dick Whittington brings a level of compassionate leadership to our
staff. With a background in successfully managing all components of
multiple businesses, Dick focuses on maintaining our successes and
seeking out new opportunities.
