Do you accept insurance?
Recovery Resources, Inc. is an out-of-network
provider for most insurance companies. Some insurance companies only
reimburse the plan member and not the provider of treatment. Our
Administrator can determine what coverage your particular plan has and
will be happy to provide all detailed billing that might be necessary
for you to submit to your carrier.
Do you accept Medicare or
Medicaid?
Recovery Resources, Inc. is a private alcohol
and drug rehabilitation facility and is not contracted with any
government agencies. Please contact your state or local government
office for a list of in-network Medicare or Medicaid addiction
treatment facilities.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept all major credit cards for payment;
this is an appropriate way to finance treatment.
If I am discharged by the
treatment staff, can I get a refund?
If there are no extenuating circumstances,
Recovery Resources, Inc. will pro-rate the daily rate of treatment
except for $1,500.00 used to accommodate physicians, medical fees, and
administrative expense.
Is smoking and tobacco use
permitted?
Smoking is allowed in certain designated
areas. There is no smoking allowed in the residences or in the
Treatment Center.
I have special dietary needs.
Can you accommodate them in your program?
With proper notice, we can accommodate any
specialized dietary needs within reason. Be sure to provide notice to
our addiction treatment facility of any dietary needs prior to
admission.
Is medical detox included in the
treatment program?
Recovery Resources, Inc. is a private
addiction treatment program. We are not licensed for detoxification
services; however, we will arrange for your medical detox if required.
When you are medically cleared, the detoxification facility will
transport you to begin our treatment program. Detoxification cost is
not part of payment for treatment at Recovery Resources, Inc.
Can I bring my laptop?
No. Our goal is to have you fully involved in
the addiction treatment program without outside distraction. There are
computers available for limited internet and email access.
Can I bring my cell phone?
Cell phones are not allowed to be used during
the Intensive Residential Treatment Program. After an initial 7-day
‘black out’ period, you are allowed one 10-minute call each evening to
check in with loved ones. If you travel with your cell phone, we will
lock it in our safe until cell phone privileges are restored.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Due to health restrictions and allergy
complications, we do not allow pets in our facilities.
Do you offer private rooms?
Studies have shown that the addiction
treatment process is more enjoyable and more effective in a shared room
environment. Roommates greatly facilitate the support structure of
recovery.
Is the price of an
interventionist included in the payment?
No. However, Recovery Resources, Inc. will
arrange all aspects of an intervention. The fees will be handled on a
separate basis.
If I am formally discharged by
the clinical staff, will I receive a refund?
All refunds are determined on a case-by-case
basis. Upon entry to our program, each resident must sign a behavioral
agreement that is a standard for conduct in our addiction treatment
program. If the client who is discharged is in any violation of this
behavioral agreement, it will be considered an extenuating circumstance
and will have to be determined on an individual basis.
